How did the project start?

This project originated from a partnership with an all-in-one crypto-backed application. During my initial content audit and competitive analysis, I discovered that the client was facing challenges with limited market share and visibility in the highly competitive cryptocurrency scape.

What was the problem?

When analyzing site online presence, my first step was to assess their current search engine performance. Using various SEO tools, I discovered that it had only 1,162 indexed keywords and a share-of-voice under 2%. This positioned them significantly behind major competitors such as Crypto.com and Binance.

The lack of visibility in search results was severely limiting it’s ability to attract new users and compete effectively in the cryptocurrency market. This problem needed to be addressed to unlock the platform's growth potential.

Executing the strategy

To tackle these challenges, I developed a product-led SEO strategy tailored for the product’s unique positioning as an all-in-one crypto-backed app. The approach focused on:

  1. Targeting keywords specific to various crypto use cases
  2. Directly linking the product as the solution to these search queries
  3. Aiming to draw in users looking for specific crypto-related services

Implementation involved creating comprehensive content addressing user needs, optimizing existing pages, and ensuring proper technical SEO foundations were in place.
